it has begun... i have started repainting my queen

i'm useing a mix of clear acrylic and black paint so hopefully some of the overly shaded grays will still show through once it's dry (it's hard to tell when it's wet since the clear coat is milky white). i've painted the head and i'm letting it dry right now to see what it will look like.

cool, can't wait to see the pics! BTW: Are you also gonna put some drool on her like this guy did (I think he used hot glue for this effect) or customize her in any other way?

i was thinking about laying on the gloss clear coat kinda think is some places so it oozes and drips, gunna have to do some tests to see how well it works. may have to give that hot glue trick a try as well.
